Today was a big day!

Harper got her first haircut!!  Yes it has been a long time coming considering her hair grows like a weed!  We love it long so I didn't want to cut off to much but I probably should have cut it a little shorter.  Oh well - you can't tell a toddler she needs to jump back up for another trim :)

She sat so still and serious the whole time!!  As you can tell from the first picture she was really focused and then towards the end she loosened up a little bit :) 

Ms. Karen is awesome and had it all done in minutes flat - she does not waste any time - which meant Harper did great!!
