We are a little slow but Frozen has finally taken our house by storm :)  So I made my first princess dress and my little princess loves it!!  As soon as she puts it on she runs back and forth twirling around.  I could not get her to sit still for a single picture :)

We headed out for some strawberry picking this afternoon.  It was a hot one but Riley actually slept the first half of our trip so it worked out well!!

And after getting ourselves covered in strawberry juice we had to come home and take a bath!! I have a feeling baths may be an everyday thing in the summer.  We just love to get dirty a little to much!!

Love this toothy grin!!

Crazy Hair!!

And lastly this is how Harper likes to hang out in the bath :)

Our own personal petting zoo :)

Our friends who live right over the hill keep acquiring more and more animals on their farm :)
They now have cows, mini donkeys, chickens and goats.
So today we went and checked everyone out and one of their new goats is the sweetest goat I have ever met.  She took a liking to Harper and even showed her her dance moves.  Maybe it was the tutu but she really liked dancing with Harper.  Rosie the goat would jump up on her hind legs, stand upright and shuffle around like a dancer.  It was hilarious!!!

Jam Packed Saturday!!

Mommy usually works Saturday morning so between work, naps and lunch we don't get much in on Saturdays besides just hanging out.  Well we had a work free Saturday so we decided to capitalize on it!  We headed over to Clyde Peelings Reptileland.  It was pretty cool -- lots of snakes, lizards frogs etc.  and Harper thoroughly enjoyed seeing them!  But the coolest thing was the Dinosaur walk!!  They had big huge dinosaurs that made noises, moved, even sprayed water at you.  It was cool!!  Well cool to Mommy and Daddy, slightly scary for an almost three year old to walk up to a T-Rex that is roaring at you :) haha

Just going for a little Dino ride!

Here they are looking at baby dinosaurs hatch out of eggs.

Harper was in the picture -- then decide he was a little to scary to have her back to him :)

Uh-Oh a T-Rex!!!

Haha not so sure about going over near that big enormous T-Rex!

She decided that maybe if she didn't open her eyes she wouldn't actually see him :)

Eyes closed tight!!

And while eyes are closed she might as well make herself useful and pick her nose -- she is a goofball!
(Random Side Note-- I taught her the other day that you can pick your nose, you can pick your friends, but you can't pick your friends nose.  Well that was a mistake - she now repeats that to me whenever I ask her not to pick her nose.  She likes to point out the fact that you can pick your own -- just not someone else's.)

And lastly we finished out the day meeting our friends at a carnival and then heading over to a park.
A perfect Saturday!!

Kiwanis Run for the Kids 5k

Last year Harper absolutely LOVED running her first race.  This year, not so much :)  It was mass chaos to start and the kids started running before they said start and a big kid fell right in the beginning and was way over dramatic about falling.  I think that scared all the little kids which happened to be all of our friends.  So Harper, Maddie and Lincoln didn't really enjoy the race.  Maddie ended up running and enjoying it but Lincoln and Harper weren't too sure.  But afterwards we jumped in the stroller and had a great run.  There is nothing better than running with the kiddos!  Overall we had a great time!!
