This is a cheat picture -- it was from yesterday :)

Today was a big day but we do not have any pictures as it was a little hectic.  Harper took her first true couple steps yesterday and is walking more and more.  Well with steps comes boo boos!  Today she took a digger and fell down the two steps on our front porch right onto the rocks at the bottom.  Kurt was a half a step behind but couldn't catch her.  It led to quite a gash on her forehead - we thought we may have to go get stitches but it stopped bleeding quickly -- after a popsicle she was happy as a clam, so we watched it and she is just fine.  Just wanted to scare us a little bit :)  I will try my hardest to get pictures of the cut tomorrow :)
