We have made it to twelve weeks and the house is coming right along. They have all of the outside walls framed in, just waiting for the roof.

Right now we are standing in our future kitchen.

11 Weeks -- HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

We celebrated the new year with the Fisher family and what a wonderful time to share the news with them. They are thrilled!! Lisa screamed so loud she scared Tyson :) It was wonderful to share our news with such good friends. Then we went on to party for New Year's. It was a big bash complete with an ice cream bar and all of us with one eye open trying not to fall asleep at midnight. I have a feeling next year will be even more difficult to make it to midnight :)

10 Weeks

10 Weeks - Shader Family Christmas

We all made it together for the Savage Family Christmas and Mallory's Graduation. It was the first time in a LONG time that we had all made it together. It was great celebrating the holidays with everyone, but even harder keeping such a large secret from everyone.

10 Weeks

We told my family this weekend on Christmas morning. After all of the presents were open Dad had one more he had to work for. He had to follow his scavenger hunt until it ended in the kitchen with a bun in the oven. Everyone was thrilled, Gabe for some reason thinks he knew (but he didn't). It was wonderful finally being able to share the news. Then after a long drive back to PA we decided we needed our ten week picture, so we were both looking wonderful in the 10 week shots :)

9 Weeks

Merry Christmas -- We are having a BABY!!!!!

Santa Claus came to our house last night to celebrate the Stabler family Christmas. So we decided to take this weeks picture with Santa and all of his reindeer. My belly is slowly getting bigger. I measured it for the first time yesterday afternoon and it was 34 inches. After a delicious dinner at Ruby Tuesday's last night my belly felt HUGE so I thought I would measure it one more time before we went to bed -- it grew an inch! Hahaha luckily this morning it was back down to 34 inches. Guess last nights dinner sure was delicious!! We will also be telling the Stabler family as part of our Christmas celebration. 8 Weeks

8 Weeks and a New House!!!

This has been quite a week. On Monday they started digging the foundation for our new house and on Tuesday we had our first doctor's appointment. So it just seemed fitting to take this weeks pictures in the new hole. The doctors appointment was just lots of questions on our medical history, any questions that we had and to schedule our first ultrasound. So now we just have to wait patiently until January 4th for our ultrasound ( I don't think patiently will happen). And in regards to new house news they set the footers and will pour the foundation next week already. Everything is moving right along :)

7 Weeks

This face sums it all up. I hate feeling sick every second. I am getting really good at sitting on the couch :( Good thing Kurt is wonderful and helps out anyway he can. I left the house once today to get some milk and in the process I hit a cat, which almost led to immediate puking and crying at the same time. I better just stay in the house. Good news is in the upcoming week we will hopefully start digging our new house and our first doctor appointment. Big week coming up!!

6 Weeks

6 weeks -- starting to not feel so well. As much as I HATE naps -- I have been taking lots of naps this week. Hopefully this won't last too long but I have a bad feeling about this. Nothing sounds good to eat and I always feel sick. I tried ginger gum and sea bands and both don't really help :(

5 Weeks

Here we are at 5 weeks -- feeling good. Hard not to share this excitement with everybody.

BABY STABLER IS ON THE WAY!!!!

July 21st is the expected arrival of our new little bundle of joy. We found out on Sunday, November 13th that we will have a new family member in 9 months. But we have decided to wait until Christmas to share our news with everybody and it is killing us!! So in the mean time we have created this blog to keep everyone up to date. Eventually it will fill you all in, but until then we have a little bit more time to wait.
