The girls loved going on a real train ride and watching all the sights through the window. Harper also loved all of the characters that came through the train, except Santa?!?!?!
Riley I am pretty sure we traumatized her with all the characters, about halfway through the characters she lost it and would only hide in Momma's hug!
What a great morning! It was at Harper's school, but not through Harpers school. So she was comfortable with the settings but didn't know anybody so she wasn't so comfortable to run around everywhere :) Just perfect :) :) They served us a yummy breakfast of pancakes, bacon, sausage, orange juice, lots of yummy stuff!! And while we ate Santa walked around to talk with everyone. Of course Santa came over to us right after we got there so the girls wanted nothing to do with him. They preferred to hide in our shoulders! Then after breakfast Santa was in a side room where we could go talk one on one and I would have never guessed in a million years that both girls would sit on his lap. But they did!!! He was a terrific Santa! Santa even gave the girls a present of a fun notepad and crayons. Perfect way to see Santa for the year!!
